PHASIS OIL LLC: IIB-DG acquired Phasis Oil LLC on January 16, 2021, for the purposes of Construction and Commissioning of a “New 94,500 barrels per day crude oil refinery in Georgia at the black sea, which will have a knock-on effect on the economy of the country and creation of employment.
