ZAMOFLO PTY LIMITED: IIB-DG in June 29th,2021, acquired Solarus SA (PTY) ltd in south Africa for the purpose of designing, construction, operation and management of a solar power project in Kimberly province (Mathjabene & Motlasana), with specific intent of technology transfer through partnership, job creation for the benefit of the people of the Republic of South Africa. This project does not require any direct or indirect financial support from the government.
