Volt Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd: A flagship super regional shopping center development in eastern Pretoria area overlooking the Rietvlei Dam and private game reserve. In close proximity to the R21 (a main artery connecting Pretoria to Johannesburg eastern suburbs and Oliver Tambo International Airport) and the N1 or Ben Schoeman freeway. The physical location is at the junction of Ville de Bois Mareuil and the Delmas road. This puts it on the border of the old money investment area and central to the new money housing developments.
