TRANSCEND BUS TRANSPORT PROJECT by REV JAMES ADDY TO PURCHASE BUSES & RENOVATE TERMINALS.

Transcend Oil Limited held discussions earlier this year with ISTC – Intercity State Transport Corporation one of the largest transport companies in the transportation industry in Ghana founded in 1909 and backed by legislative Instrument in 1965 by parliament to form an Alliance and to supply ISTC with 600 new luxury coaches to augment their current fleet with ISTC being the “operator” and Transcend Oil Limited being the “owner”.

Transcend is also to develop and upgrade 48 terminals on BOT bases across the country to service all the 16 regions.

The buses will operate throughout Ghana and selected countries within the Ecowas sub-region. There are 16 Regions in the country with over 300 major routes to cover, the sub-Region has 32 countries, and we shall be covering over 10 of them with over 30 international routes.

The Owner and the Operator in the ratio of 15% for the operator and 85% for the owner shall share the revenue accruing from the operation of the buses.

The Owner Shall be responsible for the payment of all operational expenses, covering Admin staff, drivers, maintenance engineers’ crew and other auxiliary staff.
