The UNIAB: IIB-DG acquired The UNIAB on Apr 22, 2022, the company is the biggest Fishing company in Namibia operates 4 fishing processing plants for the last 30years, and export 95% products. UNIAB currently is valued at USD 120M, employing 3500 workers. It is borrowing for expansion purposes in order build a specialized Marine Jet and associated infrastructures within WALVIS BAY Port to increase efficiency.

The company due to its assets, will raise 30% SBCL upon receiving a Funding Offer from IIB.
