Telawell (Pty) Ltd by Mari-Louise Romijn acquired on for purchasing property, building a Milling plant, building a Plastic to Energy plant to generate power as well as a Tyre to Diesel plant to produce diesel for the logistics division.

Telawell (PTY) Ltd trading as AdsolarTech intends to build 2x 35,000 L / day tyre to diesel plants in Witbank and Ermelo South Africa. The sites are strategic as they are close to very busy mining sectors, which makes the offset of product easy. The product will be sold directly to depots/wholesalers who will collect on a COD basis which will eliminate any transport and delivery costs. A plant will be utilizing 100 tons per day of tyre waste to generate the product. The purchase price for waste tyre is R125.00 per ton and the selling price for the diesel is R23.00 per litre giving a gross profit margin of 98%.

This project will not only produce a product that will be making large profits, but it will also clean up the environment at the same time. Tyre waste is a big problem worldwide and this system will help to reduce the amount of tyre waste lying on dumpsites.

Each plant will consist of a pyrolysis plant with 4x 600kg per hour pyrolysers using mixed plastics as the feedstock to pyrolytic oils. The pyrolytic oils will then be further refined into its components, diesel, naphtha and HFO and the diesel is then hydrogenated to get ultra-low sulphur diesel. Construction of a plant is expected to be completed within 18 to 24 months from order.
