TD Holdings (Pvt) Ltd: Norton Bulk Water Supply Project: This project is for the development of a bulk potable water supply to serve the Norton Business Park, existing town of Norton and the proposed Redwing Mixed-use Development. Also included is a 1-million bottles per day bottling plant.

Redwing Mixed-used Development Project: The proposed Redwing development is a mixed-use, multi-faceted residential lifestyle estate that will be developed to provide a number of different classes of properties including walkup sectional title apartments, high-, medium- and low-density freehold units, commercial and retail centres, schools (primary and high), day care centre, church sites, municipal offices and depots and a sports centre.
