SURF-RIDGE HOLDINGS PTY LTD: IIB-DG acquired SURF-RIDGE HOLDINGS PTY LTD on May 18, 2022, SURF -RIDGE HOLDINGS PTY LTD Group is a registered company in Botswana. The company intends to invest in power electricity generation plant. The plant/ machinery will be imported which is a coal gasification power plant.

This plant will be located in MIDIE VILLAGE near MINERGY COAL MINE in Kgateng District of Botswana, near lsang substation, Botswana Power Corporation power grid and it will connect same grid to supply the power to ESKOM and SADC Power Pool and other prospects customer such as BPC, ZPC, etc.

The purpose of this business plan is to secure a Funding for the project of total $500 million. The finance will be used as follows to make sure that the project is fully operational. Successful operation, strong management, marketing and building a loyal customer base will allow Power Group to be self – independent and profitable in year one.
