This project will provide the required accommodation to universities to accommodate their students in a safe and secure environment with facilities for sport and recreation.

In South Africa expensive service providers have accommodated many students and universities cannot manage the wellbeing of students. The accommodation is limited and demand exceeds supply in all areas of the country.
