Project berlin-Brandenburg by INTEC Energies GmbH acquired on September 12, 2022. The engineering company as the management and operating company of such systems develops machines, equipment and know-how for the industrial production of ultra-fine rubber flour with a purity of 99.9%.

Used tires provide the necessary raw material. The development of this technology began in 1986. The technology works in a continuous process at temperatures of down to minus 195.8 ° C based on proven German technology. More than 25 years of development and several installed systems ultimately led to the current fifth generation of systems.

The market for rubber powder is growing rapidly worldwide. Rubber powder is a substitute for expensive primary raw materials such as rubber and plastic and is used as an inexpensive substitute or admixture in the plastics and rubber processing industry. The marketing of the rubber powder and the procurement of used tires are secured.

In addition, a waste to energy plant based on the gasification principle (no open flame, no burning, no incineration) will be installed, which generates a synthesis gas from residual materials of any kind of organic waste, which is converted into electricity in gas engines. The electricity produced in this way is used for the system complex’s own needs, but is also fed into the public power grid. In addition, it is possible to use the produced electricity as input for a hydrogen electrolyzer.

The waste gasification lines do not generate any emissions. There is no production waste or ash to be disposed of.er 12, 2022.

Plant complexes:

  • Tire recycling plant for the production of the finest and purest rubber powder
  • Waste to Energy gasification plant for the production of electricity
  • Company building with research and development department
