PREMATH FUEL SL

PREMATH FUEL SL: IIB-DG acquire Sierra Leone ON September 27, 2022 for the purpose of fund Exploration Work Program, Buying FPSO, building refinery and building storage in Sierra Leone. The project is about the Offshore Petroleum Exploration and production covering all segments (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream). Sierra Leone granted a provisional license which consists of 11 blocks. The preliminary feasibility study shows that there is about 2.5 billion barrels of Crude Oil deposits in area.

They intend to spend the funds in the following manner:

1. Fund Exploration Work Program.
2. Drill production wells.
3. Build a Petrochemical refinery.
4. Build a Storage.
5. Purchase 4 FPSOs each with the capacity to produce 200 000 BPD.
