BRADKY Holdings Pty Ltd trading as BRADKY Mining (BGMA) (https://creditorwatch.com.au/credit/profile/14614300588/BRADKY- HOLDINGS-PTY-LTD) (Australian Company Number 614 300 588), has been given the first right of refusal to acquire the privately owned Nzema Gold Project in Western Region of Ghana. BRADKY Mining Managing Director Mr. Brian Dunn has approached the owner of the project who has welcomed a Non-Binding Indicative Offer for the asset. We now seek to secure a funding facility to support the acquisition.

The mine is currently operational and the Bradky Group has an intimate understanding of the deposit, and what is required to bring the plant and mine back into full operations, maximizing processing capacity and process efficiency.
