KAYO CEMENT AND LIME PROJECT IN LUBUDI: acquired on June 29, 2022 for the construction of a Factory for the manufacture of Cement, Lime and Social Infrastructures against a financing of 322, 750,000.00 USD.

In view of the various Tables of Results in our Business Plan, and an investment of 322,750,000.00 USD, our factory shows a Net Result of 116,052,271.75 USD per year, an average of 9,671,022 .65 USD. So, this Project is largely profitable with very high Profits.

The Project being very profitable to the point that it teaches that our financing capacity is very growing:

• J With a starting working capital of 30,000,000.00 USD, the cash surplus shows 90,656,929.29 USD
• J In year N+l, the variation N+2 is 131,749,502.30 USD + 90,656,929.29 USD, the cash surplus shows 222,406,431.58 USD
• S In year N+3, with the same principle, we have 382,411,156.73 USD

Therefore, the control of the Breakeven point is profitable as well as the control of the level of our Cash exceeds our Cash.
