This Project is a three phased project, the project owner has a small existing business and wants to build a tyre to diesel plant which will produce diesel, naptha, heavy fuel oil and activated carbon from old used tyres. This project is ideal in cleaning up the environment as there is not a real solution to the used tyre waste and there are large amounts of these tyres lying around polluting the landfills. With this process the company will be producing diesel at very low cost and selling it at market prices and the profit margins are 98% gross. The company also has a sub-contract to transport coal for a mining company daily and the margins here are 32% gross.
