The Nation of ODIM entered into 20 Year-concession agreement with MJLT Global Holdings LLC Located at 8888 Keystone Crossings STE 1300 Indianapolis IN 46240, represented by CEO by Maxo Michel in his capacity.
Under this agreement, ODIM grants to Developer, the exclusive right and authority during the Term to undertake the operation, maintenance, development, design, construction, upgradation, modernization, finance and management of the Airport and to perform services and activities constituting Aeronautical Services, and Non-Aeronautical Services (but excluding Reserved Activities) at the Airport and Developer agrees to undertake the functions of operation, maintenance, development, design, construction, upgradation, modernization, finance and management of the Airport and at all times keep in good repair and operating condition the Airport and to perform services and activities constituting Aeronautical Services and Non-Aeronautical Services (but excluding Reserved Activities) at the Airport, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
ODIM recognizes the exclusive right of Developer during the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to:
(i) develop, finance, design, construct, modernize, operate, maintain, use and regulate the use of the Airport;
(ii) enjoy complete and uninterrupted possession and control of the Airport Site and the Existing Assets for the purpose of providing Aeronautical Services and Nonaeronautical Services;
02/08/2020, MJLT Global Holdings LLC Located at 8888 Keystone Crossings STE 1300 Indianapolis IN 46240, represented by CEO entered into a MoU with IIB-DG. During the term of signed MOU, MJLT Global Holdings LLC agrees to work exclusively with IIB-DG and partners with respect to the financing and development of the said Project in order to permit IIB-DG and partners to conduct due diligence and negotiate such agreements as are appropriate.With the execution of the signed MoU, MJLT Global Holdings LLC gives the Development Group the exclusive rights, responsibility to finance, design and build the project
ABOUT ODIM NATION
International agreement with the new autonomous nation of ODIM (La Organización de Desarrollo Indígena Mundial). ODIM is recognized by the United Nations and located inside the borders of Colombia as a sovereign nation.
ODIM is located in a rural area of Barranquilla, Colombia, with rich natural resources, which is now open to major development. Barranquilla is the capital district of Atlántico Department in Colombia. It is located near the Caribbean Sea and is the largest city and second port in the northern Caribbean Coast region it is Colombia’s fourthmost populous city after Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.
Barranquilla lies strategically next to the delta of the Magdalena River, 7.5 kilometres (4.7 miles) (originally 25 kilometres (16 miles) before rapid urban growth) from its mouth at the Caribbean Sea, serving as a port for river and maritime transportation within Colombia. However, The Nation of ODIM is a region of many opportunities and is the second largest NATURAL area of South America. Their biological richness attracts worldwide tourists and scientists for bird watching, the observation of crocodiles, manatees, snakes, insects, jaguars, emerald beetle, harpy eagles, plus wildlife trails in different protected areas of ODIM.
