The company TECNO CONSTRUCTION LTD, a company under Liberian law whose parent company, the Italian company TECNO CONSTRUCTION LTD signed on October 11, 2019, with the Republic of Liberia represented by the National Housing Authority, a construction contract for ten thousand (10,000) social housing for a total amount of three hundred fifty-eight million two hundred eighty thousand (358,280,000) dollars.
TECNO CONSTRUCTION LTD will carry out the construction project of 10,000 homes over a period of five (05) year to 2,000 homes per year.
The company Italianconstruction wishes the project to be carried out and financed by IIB Development Group, LLC and signed a contract on 02/24/2020 with IIB-DG. Guarantee Trust Bank(GTB) to provide guarantee to mitigate investment risk.
