The distinction of the project and the availability of the available capabilities that enhance the chances of its success, and based on the data available to the owners of the project in terms of economic indicators indicating the increase in demand in the past years and the continuity of the increase in demand for the services of this project in the coming years, which indicates that the project has encouraging opportunities for success.
