ABDULLAH SAEED ABDULLAH AL BAHAR A’ RAWAS – OWNER OF NASR ARABIAN COMPANY LLC proposed project COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CENTRE and described as: The idea of the project is based on exploiting the industrial land owned by the project owners and maximizing the benefit from its strategic location, which combines commercial and entertainment aspects by establishing a commercial and residential Centre that contributes to enhancing the position of Dhofar Governorate as a commercial and tourist destination. The distinction of the project and the availability of the available capabilities that enhance the chances of its success, and based on the data available to the owners of the project in terms of economic indicators indicating the increase in demand in the past years and the continuity of the increase in demand for the services of this project in the coming years, which indicates that the project has encouraging opportunities for success.

The important role that commercial centres play in activating the role of many economic sectors and stimulating the national economy.
