The Langham Turtle Bay Resort: IIB-DG acquired The Langham Turtle Bay Resort on May 17, 2022 the purpose of project is to Construction/development of 5 star luxury resort on Curtis Island adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland, Australia. Curtis Island is 24.8 miles long and also location of Curtis Island National Park. The total property encompasses 1,791 .86 acres however, majority is to be left undeveloped by developer. Project will cover 49.42 acres & there is also 4,921 feet of beachfront property. Island is home to large turtle population. Project components include 59 pavilions/villas to be sold, 50 villa lots to be sold. Key other project features include a lodge with pool, staff housing, misc. buildings, a restaurant/bar, a spa/gym, a chapel, marine club, tennis courts, amphitheater and 12 tent luxury marine wilderness camp also for future guests of the resort.
