DUMOL LIMITED: The project is to provide General Telecommunication services which include backhaul transmission of service providers (Internet, data, voice and video) which comes with airtime packages customized to client’s needs. The project aim is to become a transmission solutions provider, which is new in the Telecom Industry due to the privatization of the Telecom infrastructures of mobile network operators and other telecom service providers. This opportunity created makes it easy to build a general transmission network across the country for easy interconnectivity for all type of transmission purposes using the combination of Satellite (Vsat) and LMDS technology to extend from any point of presence or fiber footprint to any location within Ghana, West Africa and even beyond. Fiber cannot be laid everywhere due to some technical constraints and the physical cost of laying fiber to the customer premise. The use of Point to Multi-Point microwave systems (PMP) which has similar capabilities as fiber can easily be deplored with much lesser cost as compared to laying fiber to individual premises.
