5. Sapanca 5 Star Hotel

The completion rate is 60% / 40% left to complete Civil works fully ready The rest is the final finishes (from dividing hotel rooms, meeting rooms, guests and events, finishing swimming pools, green lands, services for the resort…etc.)

The hotel consists of 8 floors + 2 underground floors for parking.
