Dev Mining is developing this project which has undergone a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Government of Manipur. The Solar Plant will generate 10,00,00,000 Units per phase of Electricity per year and the government of Manipur will be purchasing this electricity at a rate of INR 3.95 per Unit
