316 ENERGY AND LOGISTICS BULK FUEL TERMINAL project by SIVIWE BESMAN acquired on September 19, 2022 and description is:

The Business Venture is earmarked for the Witbank precinct; the industrial hub of Mpumalanga Province. The ultimate goal is to establish a mega bulk fuel terminal to import, store and supply fuel to intermediate end users. The bulk fuel will be imported via Maputo and Durban ports and transported by rail to Witbank for storage and distribution in Mpumalanga and Gauteng provinces.

In addition, the terminal will store petrol 95’ and 99’, diesel 500ppm and 50ppm and paraffin for the retailer and commercial sectors in dire need of bulk fuel storage for rental. The total storage capacity will be 45, 000, 000 litres. Thus 15 tanks each with a storage capacity of 3,000,000 litres will be fabricated and erected with all the required accessories for offloading and loading bulk fuel i.e., site layout and safety distance, roadways, fencing around operational area, access control and authority inspection shelter at the road entry, pumps, guardrails, generator room, switch gear room, transformer/MCC room, laboratory and office building; air compressor area; guard houses; dirty storm water containment and treatment and railway line inside the bulk fuel facility yard.
