Ikhaya Somandla Family Trading Enterprises (Pty) Ltd: The project operations will be an integrated green energy complex that includes a 300,000 BPSD Modular Oil Refinery, 120MW Renewable Energy Power Plant, Additives manufacturing plant, Alu gas manufacturing plant & terminal, Tank Farm securely enclosed on an industrial site, and deep-water port development. 410 hectares of land have been allocated for purchase by both the Lüderitz Town Council (360 hectares), and Witvlei Village Council (50 hectares). Supplemental projects including a bulk fuel products storage facility, Walvis Bay-North Port bulk liquid terminal development, and reefer container hub, features amongst others, in this project.
