With extensive experience, IIB-DG plays a significant role in the international capital markets through a broad range of activities. Our Treasury department is involved in:

• Funding
• management of IIB-DG’s capital, retained earnings, and borrowed funds
• Development of local capital markets and the provision of local currency funding

The Equity Capital unit specializes in equity capital raising covering the public offering, rights issues, tender offers, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buy-side, and sell-side advisory, balance sheet restructuring, equity-linked funding, and other equity-related services across major sectors of the economy for both public and private businesses.
IIB Investment Department is in charge of the execution of all equity capital market transactions – investments and divestments – undertaken by IIB-DG. An important part of its function is to provide market intelligence and insight to the Equity Committee and other forums. Working with the Equity and Risk teams, it is involved in the active monitoring and management of IIB-DG’s listed equity portfolio.
