WANGSA ENERGY PRAKARSA: IIB-DG acquired PT.Wangsa Energy Prakarsa on August 16, 2021, to implement an integrated oil refinery project (300.000BPD) & petrochemical complex facility in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) (“the Project”) with private financing by granting shares to the Third-Party Equity provider for the purpose of financing, procuring, constructing, operating and maintaining the project.
