IIB Development Group signed on May 29,2020, with City of David Project Development SAS represented by CEO, Dr. David Kawel Kena for financing, construction of Construction of a new modern city named City of David on 9 000 ha. A new city has been created in the province of Haut Katanga, Democratic Republic of Congo on the named “City of David” on the RN 1 Route Likasi 39 Km from Lubumbashi City.
